Pilot-stage orthopaedic imaging initiative

When pain after knee replacement has no clear answer

Moventis Imaging, a spin-off of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, is developing a new approach to pain after knee replacement surgery. With our CT-compatible loading setup and structured reporting, we aim to provide surgeons with a clear diagnosis where other solutions can not.

Built on research experience in dynamic musculoskeletal imaging, motion analysis and orthopaedic workflow development.

Your fingerprints on a solution for painful knee

Some patients just don't get better and current imaging can't tell you why but what if you could co-develop a solution for these persistent pain patients.

  • All patients walking out of your clinic, pain-free. That's the goal.
  • Complicated knee cases are an ideal testing ground for technical innovation
  • Some cases of implant loosening take months to resolve
  • Interesting pilot cases are identified on ACL tears, osteotomies, kinematic alignment and more

Interested in exploring a pilot?

We are looking to speak with orthopaedic surgeons interested in addressing pain after knee replacement where standard follow-up remains inconclusive. We are also open to conversations with implant manufacturers interested in implant behaviour, follow-up assessment and evidence generation.
